A. A status of title can be obtained from the Land Titles Office located at 276 Portage Avenue, in Winnipeg visit their website at https://www.teranetmanitoba.ca/land-titles/ or call 1-844-737-5684.
Q. How do I know where my property lines are, can RRPD determine my property lines?
A. No. The only official authority that can determine property lines is a Manitoba Land Surveyor. Please contact a land surveyor to have your property surveyed. RRPD does have interactive property mapping which can assist.
Q. How do I check what my property is zoned?
A. This information is available within the Property Information Mapping. Navigate to your Municipality, locate your property, turn on the zoning layer and click on your property.
