BUILDING REQUIREMENTS FOR EXTERIOR FINISH - PART 9 BUILDINGS ONLY
As per previous practice, it has been a standard to install 1 layer of building wrap beneath conventional stucco application. With more awareness of potential moisture damage, the RRPD office has determined it necessary to enforce Manitoba Building Code 2011 Section 9.27.2.3 which details the requirement for First and Second Planes of Protection.
