RRPD COVID 19 Protocol

THE RED RIVER PLANNING DISTRICT OFFICE

Please be advised that the RRPD will continue to enforce social distancing protocol in the office at all times. With this in mind, please ensure the following when entering the RRPD office:

Only two (2) people may occupy the RRPD reception area at a time;
You must sanitize your hands upon entering the RRPD reception area;
You must respect social distancing protocol (i.e., 6 feet of separation) when inside the RRPD reception area;
If there are two (2) people being served in the reception area, please wait for your turn to be served in the general lobby respecting social distancing protocol. You will be directed in when it is your turn.

No in-person meetings will be conducted at this time, however RRPD staff will meet electronically using Zoom. Please contact the RRPD staff member directly for an appointment.

While the RRPD office is open, general inquiries may continue to be made by telephone (204-669-8880) and email (info@rrpd.ca).
